Escrow Partners was founded by Deborah L. Stevens, an escrow executive with over 10 years of escrow experience. The Company is approved and licensed by the State of Washington Department of Financial Institutions and is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.

Ms. Stevens began her career with Southcenter Escrow in 1984. She advanced steadily over the next few years, becoming proficient in closing and funding escrow files. In 1989, she was given the opportunity to create a field representative position with Great Pacific Escrow. Ms. Stevens diligently grew her business and her network over the next year until GPE was sold in 1990. She was then recruited by Escrow Specialists, Inc. Her duties included not only representing the company in a customer relations capacity, but also setting the company's escrow fees, developing sales and marketing materials, and conducting training seminars. As ESI's sole field representative, she grew that business from one closer in one location, to 6 closers and 5 assistants in two locations. She moved in the summer of 1993 to Escrow Advantage, Inc., a start-up situation where Ms. Stevens increased production each year during her stay. At the time of her departure in June of 1996, Ms. Stevens was having a record year of escrow production. She founded Escrow Partners, Inc. in June of 1996 and began operations in July of that year. Since then, Ms. Stevens has overseen the Company's growth to 30 outstanding employees, and continues to focus on developing extraordinary customer relations. Ms. Stevens is licensed by the State of Washington as an Escrow Officer.
